I walk alongside adolescents (12+ years) and adults as a qualified counsellor; creating a strong relationship based on trust, genuine positive regard, and encouraging a sense of autonomy and responsibility. Together we create a comfortable and confidential space for positive change and goal attainment.

To respect your uniqueness and individuality, we collaborate to tailor the sessions to suit you. This gives us the flexibility of taking different approaches from session-to-session. We actively work together to bring about the change and restoration you want in life, and to be where you want to be.
Counselling Options
To begin our work together, the stage is yours:
Walk and talk counselling
One of the many beauties of living in the Basel region are the walking paths in the parks and forests. Being outside, walking and talking, for adolescents and adults, offers an environment of peace and tranquillity whilst discussing the challenges at hand. Walk and talk sessions require suitable attire and weather permitting.
Video counselling
Online sessions are available via video, ideally after the first session, which is face to face. Online counselling is not suitable for a young person or adult in crisis or when therapeutic support is best provided by face to face counselling. Online sessions require a private space and a high speed internet connection.

Counselling Contact & Fees
COUNSELLING FEES:
50 minutes per individual session: 90 CHF
90 minutes per individual for single session counselling: 120 CHF
BOOKING:
To make a booking please click HERE.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
24 hours in advance of not being able to attend the counselling session, then the full fee of the session will be required.
PAYMENT METHOD:
48 Hours in advance to secure the session time. Payment method is by Stripe. Once payment is made, the session is automatically secured and invoice provided.
COUNSELLING SERVICES:
Are not reimbursed by Swiss health insurance.
