How I Work

It is not uncommon for everyday challenges to add up into something bigger when navigating the ups and downs of life. And because your situation is unique to you, we collaborate to tailor your counselling experience to suit your own style and preferences.

 

Based on the fundamentals of person-centred and existential theories, I draw upon different therapeutic approaches, particularly cognitive-behavioural counselling, motivational interviewing, gestalt practice, solution-focused counselling, and related practices such as mindfulness, amongst others.

 

I work with adolescents (12+ years) experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, self-harm, and third-culture adjustments. I also work with adults experiencing challenges, including low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, and depression.
