Fiona Levick Adult and Adolescent Counselling

My Story

I am a registered psychotherapeutic counsellor (UK) and a registered nurse (AU, UK, USA). I have lived and worked in Australia, UK, USA, and Switzerland. In Australia and the UK, I worked as a registered nurse and/or nurse educator in a variety of teaching hospital settings. In the USA, I spent four years working with adults in an occupational health setting. In Switzerland, I spent 12 years working with children in an international school setting.

I understand the energy and resilience needed in the workforce and in transitioning to a new country, school, or job. I also know the personal challenge of raising third-culture kids. It was this unique journey that led me to qualify as a psychotherapeutic counsellor.

I am an Accredited Registrant of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (Reg. NCS19-10211) regulated by the UK Professional Standards Authority, and a member of the European Association for Counselling. I hold a Master of Nursing and a Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Sydney, Australia; a Diploma in Counselling Studies and Skills from the University of Derby, UK; and a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Chrysalis, UK).
